"Lack of Shipping Update"
Following a disastrous holiday order from a different retailer, I decided to give Alpaca Collections a shot on December 28. My friends got their items on January 5, and they were thrilled with them. They mentioned the quality was top-notch.
The only downside is that I didn’t get any shipping notification, which made me a bit anxious because of my earlier experience.

"Quality of the product is impressive"
The quality of this item is impressive. Delivery went smoothly and was punctual. The baby Alpaca sweater feels incredibly soft and is a joy to hold. I got it as a present for my wife, and she adores how it feels and the warmth it provides.

"Awesome support made sure my order was on time..."
The customer support was fantastic, ensuring my order got here right when I needed it. The items were even more impressive up close. The craftsmanship was top-notch. The wool felt incredibly soft and cozy as well. I ended up getting two hats and two scarves.

"Packaging was a letdown."
The product I received was just what I wanted, and the delivery was on point. But man, the way it was packed was just bad. The box was torn and way too large for the plastic wrap. Thankfully, I had some lovely gift wrap and a nice box to use instead.

I bought a few things, and one had a minor defect, but that’s just how it goes sometimes. The customer service was really polite and quickly gave me a gift card. I used it to grab a replacement hat, and let me tell you, it’s top-notch quality. I’m really pleased with it!

"Need Better Response to Phone Calls"
I got some useful and kinda prompt feedback. It would’ve been way better if a rep at Alpaca Collections actually picked up my calls. Instead, they always went to voicemail, and I’d end up getting a reply two or three hours later.

"Absolutely stunning product, but sizing was off..."
The item was gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for, but the older lady it was intended for needed a medium, and I mistakenly got her an XS based on her appearance. It's tricky to figure out sizes when you're gifting, ya know? Alpaca Collections handled the return without any hassle. I really dig their selection and the prices are solid. Awesome shop!

"Incredible support from the customer service team"
The customer service was just amazing! I got a scarf as a gift for a 25-year-old in Ohio, and I was kinda let down when it arrived. I made a call, and a super helpful lady sent me a discounted replacement in just a few days. I've shopped with Alpaca Collections before and I’m for sure gonna keep coming back!
